According to information provided by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev at a meeting of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services, in 2025, the gross domestic product in the construction sector of Kyrgyzstan amounted to 438.5 billion soms.
Kasymaliev noted that in 2019 this figure was at the level of 58.5 billion soms, which indicates an eightfold growth of the sector over the past six years.

During the meeting, Kasymaliev inspected the construction site of the new building of the Republican Center for Certification in Construction (RCCS) in Bishkek. He also familiarized himself with the updated vehicle fleet of the ministry and the mobile construction laboratories intended for working with subordinate divisions.
Despite the successes achieved, the Prime Minister pointed out the existence of a number of systemic problems in the industry and instructed the ministry to focus on the following tasks:
