In the Batken region, in Kyzyl-Kiya, the return of a kindergarten building to state ownership has taken place. This became known on February 10 thanks to the press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).

During an inspection by the state committee, it was established that in 1996, the kindergarten building, with an area of 533.3 sq.m, along with a land plot of 2200 sq.m, was illegally transferred to the joint-stock company "Nur-KM," which violated the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. UP-37, adopted in 1995.

According to this decree, social infrastructure facilities could not be sold by either state or privatized enterprises, regardless of the state’s share in their authorized capital, if they were on the balance sheet or were transferred free of charge during privatization with the condition of preserving their intended purpose.

After the necessary measures were taken, the owner, realizing the illegality of their ownership, agreed to return the kindergarten building and the land plot to state ownership.
