An important event took place in Kyrgyzstan: Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration, participated in the ceremonial transfer of exclusive rights to the trademark "World Nomad Games" to state ownership.
In his speech, he emphasized the significance of this event.
“Today we witnessed a major event. The World Nomad Games represent one of the largest global platforms for promoting ethnoculture, traditional values of nomadic civilization, and sports. This project has become a true national brand of Kyrgyzstan, a symbol of cultural diplomacy, and an important element of our country's international authority,” he noted.
Kasymaliev also reminded that the games were held in Kyrgyzstan in 2014, 2016, and 2018, generating great interest among the international audience. The baton was then taken by Turkey (2022) and Kazakhstan (2024), which also received high praise on the international stage. The VI World Nomad Games are scheduled for 2026 and will again take place in Kyrgyzstan, which is actively preparing to host guests from around the world.
The head of the Cabinet expressed special gratitude to Akibaev Askhat, the head of the "World Nomad Games" project, for his contribution to the development of the games as a national brand.
According to Adylbek Kasymaliev, the transfer of exclusive rights to the brand to the state will strengthen the legal and institutional foundations of the games and expand opportunities for sustainable state policy:
“We will provide all conditions for the development of the World Nomad Games. Conducting the VI Games in 2026 at a high international level is one of our main tasks. The games are not just a sporting competition. They are a platform for peace, friendship among peoples, and intercivilizational dialogue that respects the historical roots of humanity and unites many nations.”
The transfer of the brand to the state, he said, will further strengthen Kyrgyzstan's position in global cultural and sports policy.
