Citizens participating in the shared construction of a multi-story residential building by the company OsOO "Alliance Kurulush Plus" have submitted a collective statement to the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan (GKNB). They demand intervention in the situation related to the owner of the company "MBE Group" — "M.B.E." and his partners, who, in their opinion, are obstructing the completion of construction and have seized commercial property in the specified building.
During the investigation, the GKNB found that in 2016, a joint activity agreement was signed between "M.B.E." and OsOO "Alliance Kurulush Plus," represented by a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan "A.M.," for the construction of a residential building in the 3rd microdistrict of Bishkek. However, in 2018, due to disagreements, "M.B.E." with the support of members of the organized criminal group of the late K.Asanbek used threats against the management of the construction company and achieved the seizure of commercial premises, which were then registered in the name of a close relative.
The most alarming fact is that after the completion of construction, "M.B.E." without any investment from his side demanded the transfer of part of the residential premises in the interests of affiliated persons. At the same time, he used his powers to block the completion of construction, which violated the rights of other shareholders.
On December 23, 2025, the CEO of "MBE Group" "Sh.B.G." was detained in connection with this case and has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB KR. The founder of "M.B.E." has been declared wanted.
