The "Child Helpline - 111" operates 24/7 and accepts calls free of charge from residents of the country. The center employs two psychologists who provide continuous attention to the issues raised by citizens. Their responsibilities include not only providing consultations but also carefully filling out forms, maintaining records, and directing information to the appropriate authorities.
As of the end of November 2023, the center recorded 67,429 calls. Of these, 2,777 inquiries were related to requests for help or consultation: 42.1% were children (1,170 calls), and 57.9% were adults (1,607 calls). Psychological support was provided in 574 cases, and 226 inquiries were forwarded to government agencies for further action.
According to demographic data: men accounted for 438 inquiries (15.8%), women - 1,169 (42%), boys - 324 (11.7%), and girls - 846 (30.5%).
The main task of the center is to promptly provide assistance to children and adults who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, as well as to prevent risks that threaten their psychological and social well-being.
