
According to the ministry's information, in November 2025, 307 personal meetings were held, where the minister met with citizens on Fridays from 9:00 to 11:00, and his deputies from 10:00 to 12:00. In addition, the phone lines 1966 and 66-01-07 received 6,345 consultation requests. Appeals were also accepted through online platforms and the radio program "1-kabyldama".
The topics of the appeals were diverse: citizens most often inquired about labor relations and control (18%), housing issues (13.1%), social support for families and children (11.8%), services for children with disabilities (10.8%), monthly allowances (9.7%), and material assistance (5%). Other appeals concerned various issues.
Out of 1,374 monitored requests, 1,329 (96.7%) were fulfilled, while 45 (3.3%) are still being processed. The main topics concerned housing, social benefits, vouchers for sanatoriums, the work of social workers, children's education, employment, migration, and support for people with disabilities.
The ministry continues its systematic work on processing citizens' appeals, ensuring that all requests are considered in full compliance with the law.
