The purpose of this document is to improve migration processes, create more transparent conditions for foreign citizens, and align national legislation with the state migration policy.
Now, citizens of the mentioned countries will be able to stay in the territory of Kyrgyzstan without the need for a visa or other permits for 30 days during each 60-day period, starting from the moment of their entry.
After 30 days, foreigners must either leave the country or obtain the appropriate permits, such as a visa, residence permit, or temporary stay permit, in accordance with the current legislation.
It should be noted that the new changes do not affect the provisions of international agreements that may provide for different conditions for entry and stay, and do not apply to those who plan to work, study, or engage in other activities that require special permits.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has urged foreign citizens and their hosts to take these changes into account when planning trips and to strictly adhere to the established duration of stay.
