Deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh Bolotbek Borbiev emphasized the importance of supporting exports during a meeting of the "Ala-Too" deputy group on January 16, 2026, highlighting that it is directly related to supporting local producers.
He reminded those present that the idea of creating a logistics center was voiced back in 2023; however, in his opinion, this issue remains unresolved.
“Construction is only planned for 2028, while marketplaces are actively developing. Why are you postponing the solution?” — he addressed the government representatives with such questions.
Economy Minister Bakyt Sydykov reported that in October, the ministry received a request from one of the marketplaces regarding the construction of a logistics center, after which work in this direction was significantly intensified.
Borbiev also touched on the topic of sewing enterprises that continue to operate in the shadow economy and asked what actions are being taken to legalize this sector.
The Ministry of Economy responded that tax incentives have already been introduced for tailors, awareness-raising events are being conducted, and necessary support is being provided. Additionally, since October, fairs have been organized for representatives of the sewing industry, and such initiatives continue to this day.
