Welcoming speeches were delivered by Arslan Koichiev, the Secretary of State of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Khandzheza Karim, Deputy Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh.
Main reports were presented by Gao Xiang, President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Liu Jiangping, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Kyrgyzstan, and Gulzat Isamatova, Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations of Kyrgyzstan.
The speakers emphasized the importance of strategic planning and modernization of state governance, as well as the necessity of deepening cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and China, based on trust and good-neighborly relations.
As part of the conference, the opening of the Xi Jinping Book House also took place, which has become a symbol of strengthening humanitarian ties and academic exchange between the two states. This book space is intended to promote scientific research and educational initiatives, as well as deepen mutual understanding among youth and experts.
