The delegation of Tajikistan headed by Kohir Rasulzoda highly appreciated the work of OJSC "Uchkun" and "Kyzmat"

The visit of the delegation from Tajikistan, headed by Prime Minister Kohir Rasulzoda, was marked by high evaluations of the work of JSC "Uchkun" and the state institution "Kyzmat". The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the head of the President's Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, also attended the event.

During the visit, they familiarized themselves with the production processes at the "Uchkun" enterprise, including the binding and offset printing shops where printed products are created.

They were presented with the work on the production of excise stamps, documents of state significance, as well as special forms and state registration number plates. Equipment for fuel quality control and labeling was also demonstrated.

To date, JSC "Uchkun" is fully responsible for the production of state registration number plates for vehicles, as well as driver's licenses, ID cards, textbooks, diplomas, and other printed products.

The Tajik delegation showed particular interest in the production base related to the manufacture of passports and other documents of state significance.

Then, the heads of governments visited the "Kyzmat" institution, where they were presented with the services provided to the population.

In 2025, "Kyzmat" plans to provide more than 3.9 million state services, over 539 thousand of which will be offered in an online format.

Last year, the institution launched services such as online ID card exchange, temporary registration at the place of residence, as well as online replacement of driver's licenses and other digital services, including the buying and selling of vehicles and real estate.

More than 149 thousand citizens have already taken advantage of the opportunity to replace their driver's licenses online. The implementation of electronic document management allows saving more than 1 billion soms annually.

In addition, the management of "Kyzmat" spoke about its projects, including the active implementation of artificial intelligence in public service and the "Safe Country" initiative.

Kanybek Tumanbaev, the head of the President's Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasized that "Kyzmat" continues to optimize the work of state bodies by introducing modern online services and expanding the digital ecosystem.

Prime Minister Kohir Rasulzoda highly appreciated the efforts of the agency, expressing interest in digital state services.

At the conclusion of the visit, the parties expressed their readiness to exchange experiences in areas of mutual interest.
