First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Daniyar Amangeldiev, participated in a round table dedicated to the digitalization of public administration and regional development issues. This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Addressing the participants, which included local experts and international partners, Amangeldiev emphasized that the country's economy is demonstrating stable growth. According to forecasts, by 2025, Kyrgyzstan's gross domestic product (GDP) will reach 2 trillion soms, which is almost double compared to 2022. According to the first deputy chairman of the cabinet, these successes are the result of systemic reforms, but it is important for the government to ensure balanced development that will be felt in all regions.
“To meet the demands of the modern economy, it is necessary to implement modern management approaches. We are transitioning from fragmented paper processes to a unified management system that includes planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring in digital format. This system should be integrated at both central and local levels,” he stated.

During his speech, special attention was paid to the automated information system “Sanarip Aymak.” This system creates a unified digital space for managing regions, allowing for operational data exchange between agencies and centralizing databases. It also ensures the implementation of territorial strategies based on unified methodological approaches.
Daniyar Amangeldiev also expressed gratitude to international partners for supporting digital initiatives. The project “Effective Management for Economic Growth,” which is being implemented with the assistance of the UK government and the World Bank, has become an important tool for developing modern digital solutions and institutional mechanisms, significantly accelerating the reform process.
In addition to implementing technologies, he emphasized the importance of simplifying procedures, enhancing the qualifications of public and municipal employees, and clearly defining responsibilities among different levels of government.
In conclusion of his speech, Amangeldiev expressed confidence that the transition to data-driven management will lead to a significant improvement in the quality of life for citizens throughout Kyrgyzstan.
