The Ministry of Construction of Kyrgyzstan reported details of the concrete pump fall at a construction site in Bishkek

In Bishkek, an emergency occurred at a construction site: a concrete pump fell, as reported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of Kyrgyzstan.

The incident, captured on video that has widely circulated on social media, took place at the site where a 14-story residential building is being constructed at: Matrosova Street, 10.

After receiving the report of the incident, ministry inspectors immediately began the necessary measures. Currently, work is being carried out to eliminate the consequences of the incident and restore what was damaged.

According to preliminary data, during the construction work, safety regulations and building codes were ignored, which led to the failure of one of the supports of the concrete pump.

As a result of the equipment falling, the fencing around the construction site was damaged, and electrical wires were severed.

As a result of the inspection, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on the company OsOO "Amanat City," which is carrying out the construction work. A directive has also been issued for the restoration of the electrical wires, and the relevant work is currently being carried out by the company.



The ministry appeals to citizens: if you notice violations at construction sites, send photos and videos to the hotline of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department.
