Recently, it became known about the initiation of a criminal case concerning corrupt actions at OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz." This was initiated based on materials from an investigation conducted by the State Tax Service related to the illegal sale of fuel and lubricants.
During the investigation carried out by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, several individuals involved in this criminal activity were identified and detained.
Among those detained were: N.N., born in 1983 (former chairman of the board of OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz"), A.R., born in 1980 (former deputy chairman of the board), A.N., born in 1988 (director of one of the affiliated companies), and M.B., born in 1990 (former director of another related company).
All of them have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Bishkek.
Investigative activities are ongoing, aimed at clarifying all the details of the case and identifying other possible participants.
The program "Schemes" presented the results of an analysis of information from the State Tax Service, which revealed billion-dollar embezzlements in the oil sector of Kyrgyzstan. According to preliminary data, due to gray intermediary schemes and dubious write-offs of raw materials, "Kyrgyzneftegaz" incurred losses exceeding four billion soms. During the examination of invoices and company data for the period from 2021 to 2025, three main schemes were identified through which profits from state oil were funneled into private hands connected with relatives and close associates of the former head of the State National Security Committee, Kamchybek Tashiev.
