The Cabinet of Ministers has reclassified 10 hectares from agricultural land to residential area.
In the Alamedin district, in the rural area of Baytik Baatyr, the construction of multi-storey residential buildings will take place on a land plot of 10 hectares. This decision was made by the government of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the approved resolution, the specified lands have been reclassified from agricultural to residential category.
These lands are privately owned by Karganbek Samakov, a former deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh. The plots are located within contours No. 202 and No. 411, with areas of 4.37 hectares and 5.63 hectares, respectively.
It is worth reminding that in May 2015, the General Prosecutor's Office initiated a criminal case against Karganbek Samakov and other individuals on charges of corruption. They were accused of the illegal redistribution of land plots totaling 262 hectares, which were located in the Kara-Jygaich, Baytik, and Lebedinov rural districts of the Alamedin district in the Chui region.
