Ministry of Health: Supplies of Barium for X-ray Studies Will Soon Begin

On February 5, during a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Mahabat Mavlyanova raised the issue of the shortage of barium, which is necessary for radiological studies, addressing Health Minister Kanbek Dosmambetov.
In response, the minister assured that he would take the necessary measures and that barium would be delivered soon. He also clarified that this substance is included in the list of essential medicines, and the Department of Pharmaceutical Provision will soon begin its supply.

The deputy emphasized that this issue requires special attention, as its resolution is of great importance.
