In Paris, just two weeks after the high-profile theft of royal jewels from the Louvre, a new robbery occurred. This time, criminals targeted the Swarovski boutique, stealing jewelry and watches worth approximately 200,000 euros, as reported by Kazinform.
According to information from "Le Parisien," the store's alarm system did not go off, and the cameras did not capture the actions of the perpetrators. The incident was only discovered in the morning when one of the employees arrived to open the boutique and found the broken door and shattered display cases.
“The entrance door was broken, the cash register was smashed, and the display cases were shattered,” the publication notes.
The Paris prosecutor's office confirmed the information about the break-in in a conversation with journalists from Le Parisien.
