The court took into account that Aika has a minor child and noted her positive character reference. She is also held under lighter conditions and has no debts. The execution of the remaining part of her sentence has been postponed for two years, and she has been released under probationary supervision.
Aika became known after a list of her clients was published online, which included prominent personalities. On May 21, 2024, the Auezov District Court of Almaty found her guilty of pimping, establishing that from 2020 to 2023 she provided services of girls for intimate encounters, receiving a percentage from the deal, both personally and through an intermediary. The case recorded 52 episodes. Additionally, she was charged with illegal possession of drugs, as mephedrone was seized from her at the time of her arrest. The court sentenced her to 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment.
In December 2023, the so-called "Aika's List" appeared online, containing personal data of clients of Kazakhstan's escort services. Following its publication, the Ministry of Internal Affairs initiated an internal investigation into the information leak, and the materials were subsequently transferred to the Anti-Corruption Agency.
