All suspects have been detained, and an investigation is currently underway.
In addition, in September and October of this year, eight citizens of Kazakhstan were detained as part of investigations into terrorism propaganda cases. Details about the progress of the investigation are not disclosed in accordance with part 1 of Article 201 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Also during this same period, based on materials from the National Security Committee, six individuals were convicted of terrorist and extremist crimes, receiving various sentences.
Since the beginning of this year, 89 individuals have been held criminally liable for similar crimes, among them six foreigners.
