Trump stated that any document signed by Biden using Autopen is subject to cancellation and has no legal force. "Approximately 92% of the executive orders signed by Joe Biden will be annulled, as Autopen cannot be used without the direct consent of the President of the United States," he wrote on his Truth Social account.
He also added that the individuals operating the Autopen acted illegally, and therefore all executive orders and documents that were not signed directly by Biden will be canceled.
Trump's post also notes that "Joe Biden did not participate in the signing process using Autopen. If he tries to deny this, he risks being charged with perjury."
