
Sun Weidong, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, noted that the country conducts its foreign policy based on the principles of "friendliness, sincerity, mutual benefit, and inclusiveness" towards Mongolia. This was reported by MiddleAsianNews.
The meeting took place between Battsereg Batmunkh, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, and Sun Weidong, during which the parties discussed current issues of bilateral relations and cooperation.
The cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries plays a key role in deepening and developing a comprehensive strategic partnership in various fields. Battsereg expressed confidence that Mongolia would take all necessary steps to maintain positive dynamics and implement agreements reached at the highest level, as well as to promote projects that would bring real benefits to both nations.

She also emphasized the importance of further developing cooperation between the two countries in various fields, based on the principles of mutual respect for independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, as well as non-interference in internal affairs. Battsereg confirmed her support for the "One China" policy.
Sun Weidong conveyed greetings from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, Wang Yi, to Battsereg Batmunkh.

Sun Weidong expressed satisfaction that Mongolia and China are neighbors connected by natural borders and noted the active development of comprehensive strategic partnership in recent years. He emphasized the importance of close cooperation for the successful implementation of the tasks set within the framework of the Strategic Dialogue.
Additionally, he noted that China's foreign policy, aimed at "friendliness, sincerity, mutual benefit, and inclusiveness," will contribute to the successful implementation of the 15th five-year plan for socio-economic development, which will open new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.
