The restoration of the parliamentary friendship group is based on the voluntary participation of deputies. Petr Sadovski, representing the ANO movement and re-elected to parliament from Hradec Králové for the third time, has become the chairman of this group.
The main task of parliamentary friendship associations is to promote the deepening and strengthening of ties between the Czech Republic and Mongolia at the legislative level, as well as to develop cooperation in this area.
In Mongolia, a similar group in the Great State Khural consists of seven members and is headed by Deputy Chairman Bat-Erdene Jadambaa.
