According to information from Reuters, AP, and The Washington Post, the search continues after one of the two pilots was rescued, but nothing is known about the second.

Iran, according to AP, has urged citizens to assist in locating the "enemy pilot" and has offered a reward for his capture. At the same time, Reuters reports that the incident has exacerbated the already existing tensions in negotiations between Washington and Tehran.

Western media, including The Washington Post, report that the U.S. is conducting a risky search and rescue operation on Iranian territory. However, the Pentagon has not yet provided official information about the forces involved.

Earlier, Reuters reported that the incident involving the downed F-15E occurred on April 3, when one of the crew members was rescued, marking one of the most significant events in the current conflict between the U.S. and Israel with Iran. AP also notes that at the same time, an American A-10 was lost, and its pilot was also rescued.

U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that the loss of the aircraft would not affect diplomatic relations with Iran, labeling the situation as a "war." However, Reuters reports that the chances for a diplomatic resolution to the conflict remain extremely uncertain.
