According to law enforcement agencies, the participants in the conflict exhibited aggression, did not comply with the lawful demands of the police, used profanity, and posed a threat to public safety. This incident was recorded in the log of the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobersky District, and a preliminary investigation has been initiated.
As a result of the investigation under Article 126 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Petty Hooliganism," two individuals were detained — B. D. and S. N., both born in 1998. They were placed in a temporary detention cell of the district department.
