After receiving the report of the accident, an investigative operational group was dispatched to the Toktogul District Department of Internal Affairs to gather the necessary materials. During the investigation, it was found that the driver who caused the accident had left the scene.
Later, officers from the State Department of Road Safety of the Jalal-Abad region were able to detain the suspect at the Too-Ashuu pass. He turned out to be a 26-year-old resident of the Leilek district in the Batken region. At the time of his detention, he was attempting to transport his vehicle on a tow truck.
The detainee was handed over to the investigative service of the Toktogul District Department of Internal Affairs, and the investigative activities are currently ongoing.
