Inspectors working in the Talas Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control found the plant on the outskirts of the village of Chon-Kara-Buura in the Aitmatov district. The degree of readiness of the facility was about 70 percent, and it had already begun operating despite the lack of the necessary registration documents.

As a result of the raid, a decision was made to impose a fine on the LLC "Granite Trans Service," and a requirement was issued to register in accordance with the established legal procedure.
