"Yakin Inkar" is a religious movement that has been recognized by the court as extremist and banned in Kyrgyzstan. It originated within the "Tablighi Jamaat" movement but later separated and adopted more radical positions.
The main idea of this movement is the denial of the authority of official religious structures and the non-recognition of fatwas from the Council of Ulema. This leads to a schism in the Muslim community and social isolation of its supporters, according to experts.
