According to the investigation, A. N. O. regularly received money through intermediaries for the unhindered passage of foreign citizens across the border of Kyrgyzstan. In addition, he "provided protection" to certain individuals engaged in illegal activities at the border.
A. N. O. has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
Currently, active investigative actions are ongoing to identify other employees and possible participants in this crime. Work is also being done to improve conditions for citizens crossing the state border.
