The incident took place on December 30, 2025, when at 1:45 PM, a citizen A.A. reported to the police. She stated that an unknown person entered the classroom located on Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue and stole her bag.
Inside were significant amounts: 300,000 soms, 2,000 dollars, and an iPhone 15. After the theft, the perpetrator fled the scene.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational measures, law enforcement agencies identified and detained a 32-year-old man named U.E. He was taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing to check his possible involvement in other similar crimes. The investigation is in progress.
