It became known that on January 27, a report was received from a citizen B.D. at the duty station, who stated that around 18:15, an unknown person stole his bag containing personal documents and fled the scene.
In connection with this incident, the investigative service of the Lenin District Department of Internal Affairs initiated a criminal case under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During operational-search activities, the suspect was identified and detained — 15-year-old S.A. He was taken to the police station for further investigation, where a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave was chosen.
