According to available information, the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Koome" M. I. and his partner S. N. used forged documents to sell plots for individual housing construction (IHC) in the village of Blagoveshchenka, selling them for prices ranging from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
"To legitimize their actions, they resorted to using procedures related to land amnesty, appealing to state commissions on disputed issues," the GKNB reports.

As part of the criminal case, M. I. and S. N. have been arrested and placed in the GKNB detention center. Investigative activities are currently ongoing to identify all aspects of their activities, the amount of illegally obtained funds, and possible other accomplices.
