According to the investigation, the director of the municipal enterprise "Suzak Tazalyk Komu," M.I., together with S.N., used forged decisions from the local government to deceitfully sell plots of land for individual housing construction in the village of Blagoveshchenka. The prices for these plots ranged from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
To legalize the illegal sales, the suspects resorted to procedures for review through state commissions dealing with land amnesty issues.
During the criminal case, they were detained and placed in the GKNB detention center. The investigation is ongoing.
