It has become known that M.I. acted in collusion with an accomplice, under the pretext of helping to obtain land for individual housing construction in the village of Blagoveshchenka in the Suzak district. Using forged resolutions from the ayil okmotu, they sold land plots to citizens, with prices ranging from 700,000 to 1.5 million soms.
The investigation revealed that procedures related to consideration through state commissions within the framework of land amnesty were used to legalize these illegal sales. Currently, the detainees have been placed in the GKNB detention center.
Law enforcement agencies continue the investigation, establishing all facts of illegal activity, the amount of illegally obtained funds, and other possible accomplices.
