It is reported that one of the citizens, J.J., filed a complaint with the police against K.A. He stated that on January 12, 2026, on Madiev Street, this person gained his trust and offered services for organizing a pilgrimage to Mecca. As a result, J.J. handed over 110,000 soms to him, but K.A. did not fulfill his promises and disappeared.
Based on this complaint, the Investigative Service of the Interior Ministry of the Oktobersky District opened a criminal case under Article 209 (Fraud) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, the whereabouts of the suspect, born in 2002, were established, and he was detained. He is currently being held in the temporary detention facility of the Main Interior Directorate of Bishkek.
