According to the information provided, in 2003, a certain S.T.D., who headed the public association "Toboy," conspired with officials from the Talas branch of the State Enterprise "Cadastre" and the State Enterprise "Talas Main Water Management," to illegally privatize facilities that ensure the livelihood of the population.
The transfer of strategic category "B" facilities (water intakes) occurred to the balance of the public organization as a result of official forgery, after which they were handed over to private hands.
The facilities in question include land plots of 1.7 hectares, 0.68 hectares, and 1 hectare with the corresponding infrastructure. Their total value amounts to 36 million 415.4 thousand soms.
As a result of the investigative actions taken, the aforementioned facilities, which ensure the livelihood of the population, have been returned to state ownership.
