According to the investigation, directors of private driving schools, known as B. T. and M. A., illegally received significant sums — from 40,000 to 120,000 soms for fictitious training through intermediary I. T. They registered citizens on the state portal and issued fake documents without actual training. As a result, 244 individuals were registered through one intermediary, bringing in 2,760,850 soms of illegal income.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the criminal group, led by the intermediary, was also involved in the illegal registration of vehicles based on forged documents obtained from neighboring countries. Employees of "Unaa" are suspected of facilitating this activity by ensuring the fictitious entry of data into databases and the registration of vehicles using fake certificates.
As part of the case, the chief specialist S. D. and two young specialists, K. U. and U. A., both born in 1997, have been detained for a month on suspicion of involvement in the illegal registration of vehicles.
The investigation is ongoing, and law enforcement agencies are conducting the necessary investigative actions to clarify all circumstances and hold those responsible accountable.
