According to information provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region on February 9, three employees of the State Center for Vehicle Registration in Bishkek, known as "Unaa," were detained.

A criminal case initiated under Article 379 ("Forgery of Documents") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic is related to the arrest of directors of several private driving schools and one intermediary. These individuals are suspected of organizing fictitious training: they registered citizens on the state portal, issuing them fake documents. As a result of the actions of one intermediary, 244 students were enrolled, leading to illegal earnings amounting to 2,760,850 soms.

During the investigation, law enforcement agencies discovered that a criminal group, led by the intermediary, was engaged in the illegal registration of vehicles using forged documents obtained from neighboring countries. Employees of Bishkek's "Unaa" assisted in the fictitious entry of data into databases and the registration of vehicles based on fake certificates and documents.

Three specialists came under suspicion: the chief specialist S.D., as well as specialists K.U. and U.A., all born in 1997. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of one month.

The investigation is ongoing.
