According to information provided by the capital's mayor's office, on February 11, 2026, a violation was recorded on Chaldovarskaya Street — unauthorized waste disposal.
As a result of the inspection, a protocol was drawn up under part 1 of Article 115 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the imposed fine amounted to 17,000 soms. The decision on the penalty was issued immediately on site.
The mayor's office emphasized that explanatory conversations are held with violators aimed at raising awareness of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and order in Bishkek.
