The incident began when one of the capital's residents filed a complaint with the police. The man stated that on September 16, 2025, he handed over his 2019 "Range Rover" for temporary use, with the condition of its subsequent sale. However, after the car was sold, he never received his money.
This case has been classified under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
The suspects, M.A., born in 1999, and T.A., born in 2001, have been taken into custody. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
An investigation is currently underway.
