The man, born in 1981, contacted the police on June 21, 2025. He stated that at the end of January, a group of unknown individuals deceitfully took possession of his apartment, re-registered the ownership in their name, and subsequently sold it to third parties.
The total damage from the fraudulent actions amounted to 80 thousand dollars, which is equivalent to 6,991,200 soms at the current exchange rate.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify the suspects: I.A., born in 1995, and M.E., born in 1994. They were placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
