On November 2, 2025, B. B. approached the police, stating that on November 1, he encountered a woman named J. at one of the major markets in the capital. After gaining his trust, she offered to sell women's clothing worth 564,000 soms on a consignment basis. After that, she failed to fulfill her obligations, did not return the money, and disappeared.
As a result of operational measures, the identity of the suspect was established — Y. J., born in 1996. She was taken to the investigative authorities and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation is ongoing.
