We remind you that on February 10 of this year, President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree according to which Kamchybek Tashiev was removed from the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the State Committee for National Security.
Jumgalbek Shabdanbekov has been temporarily appointed to his position.
In addition, three deputies of the chairman of the GKNB were dismissed.
On February 14, there was a change in leadership at the Main Department of the GKNB in Bishkek: Eldar Jakypbekov was replaced by Ulan Biibosunov. On February 15, Jakypbekov was detained.
The next step was the removal of Salmoor Jumabekov, who held the position of head of the GKNB in Osh and the Osh region, on February 16.
