Pahlavi also appealed to his compatriots, urging them to stay home and then take to the streets for "decisive actions." He reminded the President of the United States of the importance of exercising caution to avoid civilian casualties.
According to Reza Pahlavi, Israel's attacks on Iran represent a humanitarian intervention aimed at the Islamic Republic and its repressive apparatus, rather than against the people. He emphasized that the ultimate victory must be achieved by the people themselves, who must return to the streets to fight.
"Now, as the Islamic Republic is on the brink of collapse, I appeal to the Armed Forces, police, and security services: you swore to defend Iran and the people, not the regime and its leaders. Your duty is to stand with the people and facilitate a peaceful transition. Otherwise, you will sink along with the shattered ship of Khamenei and his regime," he stated.
It should be noted that today Israel began missile strikes on Iran, characterizing them as a "preventive attack." Washington confirmed this information and noted that it is a joint operation of Israel and the USA, named "Lion's Roar."
Reza Pahlavi is the son of Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, the last Shah of Iran, who was overthrown during the Islamic Revolution of 1979, organized by Ayatollah Khomeini. The monarchy was abolished, and Iran became an Islamic republic. Pahlavi left the country and died in exile in Egypt in 1980.
