According to law enforcement agencies, on March 2, 2026, a citizen O.N. approached the First May District Internal Affairs Department. She submitted a written statement requesting action against the director of the company OsOO MIRELLE& COMPANY, M.K.

The applicant claimed that the head of the travel agency received money from her to organize a tourist trip, but did not fulfill her obligations.
As a result of the complaint, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 ("Fraud") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the preliminary investigation, it was revealed that M.K. had misappropriated funds amounting to 307,500 soms, causing significant material damage to the applicant.
The woman was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the GUVD of Bishkek. Currently, operational-search activities are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of the incident and identify any other potential victims.
