The incident occurred on March 5, when a local resident contacted the police, reporting the disappearance of his bicycle, which is valued at 40,000 soms. According to him, the theft took place around seven in the evening near his home in the 7th microdistrict.
This case was registered under Article 205 ("Theft") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek managed to detain the suspects — 15-year-old D.Zh. and 16-year-old B.Zh. One of them, aged 19, was placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, more than 10 similar thefts were established.
