As reported on March 13 by the press service of the UPSM, the incident involved a driver of a "KIA" vehicle, A.T.J., born in 1992. The man was detained and taken to the Internal Affairs Department of the Lenin District, where a protocol was drawn up under Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result, he was placed in a temporary detention cell.
According to him, the conflict arose because the drivers could not share the road. In this regard, he appealed to all road users to exercise restraint and not give in to emotions.
