As the police officers found out, during internet monitoring, they discovered video recordings of a conflict situation involving this driver. He turned out to be R.N.R., born in 1996.
The incident was registered in the Incident Record Journal (ZHU) of the Oktobrskiy district of Bishkek. An investigative check is currently underway.
UPSM inspectors managed to identify the offender and brought him to the local internal affairs department.
Protocols were drawn up against the offender for violating traffic rules. In accordance with Article 126 ("Minor Hooliganism") of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, the man was placed in a temporary detention cell of the Oktobrskiy Internal Affairs Department.
He admitted his guilt and subsequently apologized, explaining his behavior as a result of his emotional state at the time of the conflict.
