According to information from the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Chuy Region, the incident occurred on the night of March 14 in the village of Baytik. It has been preliminarily established that the young people used an air rifle for shooting and recorded the process on mobile phones.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under the article "Cruelty to Animals." Four 19-year-old suspects were detained by police officers.
