Sadyr Japarov, the president of the country, recently signed a bill that amends the Code on Non-Tax Revenues. This law was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on February 26, 2026.

The new amendments allow citizens to pay state duties not only in cash at banking institutions and financial-credit organizations but also online, using mobile applications and remote services.

According to the law, the acceptance of payments will be organized through legal entities under the control of the National Bank. All financial transactions must be conducted in the national currency.

It is also established that when making a payment, payers are required to receive a receipt of the established form or another document confirming the fact of payment.

The regulatory act will come into effect ten days after its official publication.
