According to information received from the agency, on March 17, as a result of operational activities and under court supervision, searches were conducted at the residences of several suspects. During these activities, drugs were found in a man born in 1966, and prohibited substances were discovered in the home of another individual.
In the house of a man born in 1974, about 1 ton and 200 liters of moonshine and equipment used for its production were also found. All seized materials have been transferred to the investigative authorities of the Manas District Department of Internal Affairs.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 283 "Illegal manufacture of narcotic substances without the purpose of sale" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. Currently, forensic chemical examinations have been appointed.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs urged citizens to comply with the law and avoid involvement in drug-related crimes.
