According to law enforcement agencies, during operational investigative activities in the Jalal-Abad region, a 34-year-old citizen M.D.A., born in 1989, was detained. In 2025, he was involved in the illegal trafficking of psychotropic substances and subsequently went into hiding from justice.
The detained individual is currently in the temporary detention facility of the Internal Affairs Department of the city of Osh.
According to the legislation, strict penalties are provided for crimes related to the illegal trafficking of drugs and psychotropic substances, including imprisonment for a term of 5 to 15 years and possible confiscation of property.
